We are looking for someone to support our technical work on creating the new homes. This is a hybrid office/home working job. The main tasks are coordinating/supporting our specialist consultants (architect, surveyors etc); coordinating our specific technical projects; working with the local authorities; building our links to the community housing, heritage and environmental sectors.

We need someone with a strong technical background in construction or related fields and will provide full training/development as needed for the right person. This is initially a one-year contract with excellent prospects for the long term.

We are looking for an experienced individual to run our financial management responsibilities. This is a hybrid office/home working job. The main tasks are the annual budget and monthly Board reports, financial controls and procedures, the Annual Accounts, payroll, procurement and the Housing Revenue financial structure. This is initially a one-year contract with excellent prospects for the long term.
